Google Workspace API Privacy Notice for e-BRIDGE Global Print

Google Workspace API Services User Data: Toshiba's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Toshiba does not retain personal information from the Google Workspace API to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models without your prior consent or instruction.
e-BRIDGE Global Print will access following Google User Data:
name, email-address, Access Token/Refresh Token, and Google Drive's folder and file data.
Google User Data is protected in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. Toshiba has taken reasonable steps to protect your Google User Data by implementing technical and organizational security measures, which includes storing Google User Data with access limited to that which is necessary to provide you with the Services.
We retain your Google User Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection for the service which you have engaged us. We will delete your Google User Data upon request or when we no longer need it for the purposes it was collected or that you have consented to, unless retention is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations.
Other Countries and Regions
